The hotel was clean and fabulous. the staff were fabulously friendly, from the cleaners to the managers. - the room was spacious with a perfect view, making us feel relaxed. - the food offered was brilliant with lots of meal options.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants, beautiful area, lovely people, the coast of the waterway and Town centre, shops, bars. I tried some drinks at bar Jiks pub, located 5 minutes walk away. The rooms were perfect, airy. Very good facilities, everything you could wish for

the room was perfectly clean and bright with the bedroom, a perfect view, as example, liked our time there. location: the hotel was very close to the restaurant and beautiful area.

The room was equipped with a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and multi-channel television, which I really enjoyed.

The hotel was relaxing and clean. the staff were wonderfully friendly. - the location down the river was stunning. - the double room was fantastic and fabulous, with a comfy bed. - Included amenities such as a safe box, minibar, and central heating were great. - the ambience felt really special. - the service was great.

The room was exceptionally clean and airy with an excellent adapted bathroom, and this place is conveniently located near Itzuzu beach.

The room was gorgeous and fantastic with a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and multi-channel television. Thanks to the awesome staff everything was perfect, including a wide array of delicious food.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at this boutique hotel. The service was excellent, from the friendly and welcoming staff to the helpful driver who showed us all the best local spots. The hotel had a beautiful, modern design and the swimming pool area was cozy and relaxing. We also enjoyed the excellent spa facilities, with a fantastic Turkish bath and massage. the staff were exceptional and made sure we had a perfect room with a stunning view.

The coffee. It was only filter coffee and the cups were quite small.

The rooms are spacious and offer a homely feel with a perfect view. the breakfast variety was tasty and satisfying. the attentive and excellent staff provided great services.

The pool area was clean and the cocktails were delicious. The views of the nearby mountains and sunset were breathtaking. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby town and attractions, with a short walk to the beach and local restaurants.

The room we were given was not what we were expecting. The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't work properly. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from the street outside, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was small and the shower didn't have much water pressure. our romantic escape was ruined by the uncomfortable stay.

The hotel had a great location, with plenty of restaurants and a beautiful area nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. the hotel rooms were equipped with everything you could possibly need, and they were finished to a high standard.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, and it would have been nice to have more variety and some orange juice.
